1. Overview

Find a Business East Kilbride (findabusinesseastkilbride.co.uk) provides online business directory listings, including free, paid and featured subscription options. By purchasing a paid or featured listing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Payments

Paid and Featured listings are offered on a monthly subscription basis and are billed automatically via Stripe.

• Paid Listing: £10 per month
• Featured Listing: £25 per month

Subscriptions will renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellations must be requested via our cancellation form or by contacting us directly hello@findabusinesseastkilbride.co.uk
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
• Please allow 3 working days for your cancellation request to be processed. 

Once cancelled, your listing will revert to a free listing (where applicable) or may be removed if no longer eligible.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable.

As your listing remains active for the duration of the billing period, we do not offer refunds for:

• Partial months
• Unused time
• Change of mind

5. Listing Upgrades & Changes

Upgrades to Paid or Featured listings will take effect once payment has been successfully received.

We aim to update listings within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3 working days.

6. Featured Listings

Featured listings receive enhanced visibility within the directory, including priority placement and visual highlighting.

We reserve the right to manage the number and placement of featured listings to maintain quality and fairness across the directory.

7. Business Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to:

• Edit formatting for consistency
• Remove misleading or inappropriate content
• Reject listings that do not meet our standards

8. Suspension or Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings without notice if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• The business is no longer trading
• The listing breaches our terms or applicable laws

9. Changes to Pricing or Services

We may update pricing or features from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

10. Liability

While we aim to provide a reliable and effective platform, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of enquiries
• Business performance or results

Use of the directory is at your own risk.
